Orange Cardamom Beet Smoothie

The earthy sweetness of beets and the bright, sour flavors of oranges come together in this Orange Cardamom Beet Smoothie, which is a tasty and healthy drink. The hint of cardamom gives it a lovely smell, making it a great choice for breakfast or a pick-me-up in the middle of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Sliced banana, ground cardamom, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey should all be put in a blender along with the chopped beet

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

If the smoothie is too thick, you can add ice cubes and blend it again to make it colder and flowier

If you think it needs more sweetness, add more honey

If you want, you can add a sprinkle of cardamom to the top of the smoothie after pouring it into glasses

Serve right away and enjoy!
