Oreo Banana Brownie



A quick and easy air fryer dessert that combines the goodness of bananas, brownie mix, and Oreo cookies. Perfect for a sweet treat in half the time!

Ingredients:

  • 6 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup brownie mix
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 180C 350F for 2-3 minutes

In a small bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth

Crush 3 Oreo cookies into small pieces and add them to the mashed banana

Mix in the brownie mix and vegetable oil until well combined

Spray a small air fryer-safe baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking

Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly

Place the remaining 3 Oreo cookies on top, pressing them slightly into the batter

Put the baking dish into the preheated air fryer

Air fry at 180C 350F for 10 minutes or until the brownie is cooked through and the top is crispy

Carefully remove the brownie from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving
